Betting Rules

These Betting Rules apply to all wagers placed with Kingmaker Casino, operated by NovaForge Limited, in the casino, the live casino and the sportsbook, including esports markets. They form part of our terms and conditions. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If a rule appears to conflict with the terms and conditions, the more specific rule applies to the bet concerned.

General Provisions

Only registered players aged 18 or older with a verified account may place bets. Each player may hold one account. Bets are placed in the account currency, for example AUD, and you are responsible for every bet made through your login. We operate under a licence from Anjouan Gaming (Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority) and may refuse or limit any wager at our discretion within the law.

Acceptance of Bets

A bet is valid only when it is confirmed on screen and appears in your bet history. Once accepted, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the rules for that product say otherwise. Odds and prices are those shown at the time of confirmation. We may change available stakes, limit bets on certain markets and decline bets without giving a reason when the law permits.

Bet Types and Games

  • Pokies and instant games: each spin or round is a separate bet.
  • Live dealer games: bets are accepted until the dealer closes betting.
  • Sports singles: one selection on one event.
  • Accumulators: several selections that must all win.
  • Live betting: bets on events in play, which may be delayed briefly for validation.
  • Esports: bets on matches and maps under the same principles as other sports.

Stakes and Limits

Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed in each game and on each market and may differ by event. When a bonus is active, the maximum bet is A$5 per spin or round. We may reduce the maximum payout for any bet or market, and published limits apply to the total of related bets as well as to a single bet.

Payouts and Settlement

Casino results are settled automatically on the outcome produced by the game. Sports bets are settled after the official result is confirmed, and later corrections to an official result do not change a bet that has already been settled unless the correction is made within a short period we consider reasonable. Winnings are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal limits of A$5,000 per day, A$15,000 per week and A$40,000 per month.

Void and Cancelled Bets

We may void a bet, in full or in part, when:

  • an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the time stated in the market rules;
  • an obvious error in odds, a market or a result is found;
  • a bet is placed after an event has started, where not permitted;
  • we suspect fraud, collusion, arbitrage or the use of prohibited software;
  • a bet breaks a bonus term or a responsible gaming limit.

In that case, the stake is returned to your account.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors

Where a game, system or connection fails, bets affected by the malfunction are void, and any winnings that result from it are invalid. If a game is interrupted by a lost connection, the round is completed by the system and the result remains available in your history. We are not liable for failures in your own device, network or software.

Bonuses and Betting

While a bonus is active, the A$5 maximum bet applies and only eligible games count towards wagering. Wagering is 35x the bonus and 45x on free spin winnings, to be completed within 10 days. Our sports welcome bonus of 100% up to A$200 is subject to its own sportsbook terms, shown when you claim it. Bets that appear designed to clear a bonus with minimal risk may be excluded and the bonus removed.

Responsible Betting

You can set limits, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude at any time. We may impose limits ourselves if we think play may be harmful. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Our responsible gaming page lists tools and Australian support services.

Disputes and Complaints

If you disagree with the result or settlement of a bet, contact support within a reasonable time, ideally within 14 days, via live chat or support@kingmakercassino.com, including your account email, the bet reference and a clear description. Our game and bet records are the final evidence of what took place. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may escalate it in writing to our management team.

Amendments

We may change these rules from time to time. The current version is published on our website and applies to bets placed after the change. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised rules.
