When will my item be shipped?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email with your tracking ID from Aus Post within 24 hours after you make your purchase. 

If you order on a Friday your order will then be sent out the following Monday as AusPost, DHL and our company do not operate on the weekends. 

Arriving to you (Australia) 

All orders within Australia are sent using Aus Post Express Service. Your item will arrive within 1-2 business days. Enter your tracking ID on the Australia Post website –>


Arriving to you (International) 

Standard orders will arrive in 6-10 full working days (depending on your zone). 

Items shipped using DHL Express will take 2-3 business days to deliver. 

The process for DHL ecommerce shipment is as followed;
– Your parcel is processed here in Melbourne, then shipped to Frankfurt which is DHL’s main transit where DHL dispatches to your country. 
– During the period the parcel is being dispatched from Frankfurt to your local country and postal service there will be no new information that shows up. Once the item is handed to your local postal service is when information will show in your tracking. 



From time of purchase, you have 14 days to complete the returns process. Please note we will not cover shipping postage involved with the return.

Please ensure the watch has not be worn, damaged in any way, contains no blemishes or signs of wear.

Once the item is returned, we will then either reimburse you, once you are notified of the reimbursement it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to land in your account.
