FAQ – Barbas and Zacári


The process for Australia post is; 
The item is first processed by our logistics team, then your tracking ID will be generated by Australia post and emailed to you. You can track your item by visiting your shipping confirmation email and entering your tracking ID on the AusPost website:  https://auspost.com.au
DHL ecommerce shipment is as followed;
Your parcel is processed here in Melbourne, then shipped to Frankfurt which is DHL’s main transit where DHL dispatches to your country. During the period the parcel is being dispatched from Frankfurt to your local country and postal service there will be no new information that shows up. Once the item is handed to your local postal service is when information will show in your tracking.

Barbas and Zacari will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order.  Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Barbas and Zacari tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as watch boxes or sunglass cases.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 21 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we will ship the other product after we have received and inspected the returned product.

Drop off the package at the any Carrier Store, Drop Box, Customer Center, or with any Carrier driver. If a carrier is not available in your area or you prefer not to use it to return or exchange your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Do I have any warranty with my item?

Our warranty term is 1 years from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch (the movement + the case). We also cover defects on all straps (other than blemishes from misuse of the product).

Please note that repair or replacement will be charged in the following cases - even within the 1 year warranty term period.

- Failure or damage caused by improper use of the product or carelessness (knocks, dents, broken crystal, dents etc.)

- Failure or damage caused by fire, water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.

- Battery replacement 

How do I return an item?

To complete a return, please contact us here with your order details.

Returns policy?

From time of purchase, you have 14 days to complete the returns process. Please note we will not cover shipping postage involved with the return.

Please ensure the watch has not be worn, damaged in any way, contains no blemishes or signs of wear.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been successfully submitted and paid for, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please follow the prompts in the email to track your item.
